Interior Designer II

Erin Snead Head-shot

“I am going to make everything around me beautiful, that will be my life.” – Elsie de Wolfe

Erin is an Interior Designer II who joined Furnishings and Design in 2018, and she has over twenty-four years of professional design experience. She grew up in Atlanta, GA and earned her BS in Interior Design at Western Carolina University. To further her interior design education, she obtained her Master of Arts degree from Colorado State University. Prior to joining UA, she worked at a commercial architecture firm with a primary focus on tenant planning, and she was an adjunct professor for interior design programs at junior and technical colleges.

Erin enjoys the opportunity to have a role in changing the campus by enhancing the interior spaces that exist. She knows that good design has a large impact on the way people feel and the perception of the campus. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is connecting with the clients and campus partners where she can form lasting relationships. She loves to design through collaboration with a client and incorporate their vision to the space.
