Due to the volume of vendor calls and appointment requests, the Furnishings & Design Department has set aside two half-days per month for vendor presentations, for non-project related information. Vendor presentations are scheduled for the second and fourth Monday afternoons of most months. Furnishings & Design does not participate in vendor “Lunch and Learns”. Each meeting will be no longer than thirty minutes in length. Due to the limited number of meeting dates, the Furnishings & Design Department permits two meetings per company per calendar year. Repeated cancellation of appointments will be considered when companies re-book future appointments.
Please note that every effort will be given to accommodate the original request submitted. Once the completed form is reviewed, a F&D representative will contact you with potential meeting dates and times. All appointments will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. In the event that UA closes during normal hours of operation, vendor appointments will be cancelled. Please see monitor the UA Alerts page, if you believe there may be an event that will affect your appointment time.
