Brittany is an Interior Designer II who joined Furnishings and Design in 2017, and she has over nine years of professional design experience. She grew up in Huntsville, AL and earned her BS in Human Environmental Sciences/Interior Design with a Minor in Art History from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining UA, she gained a variety of design knowledge by being employed by an interiors firm, a commercial architectural woodwork & millwork company, and a furniture dealership. These opportunities have provided her an educated background in diverse markets.

She enjoys the opportunity to develop relationships with clients and campus partners. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is the opportunity to collaborate with clients to program their specific needs and problem solve to provide functional and efficient spaces for departments on the campus.
